What Hawaii permit holders should know

Hawaii does not recognize any out-of-state concealed carry permits. Following Bruen, Hawaii became shall-issue for residents but maintains zero reciprocity. Non-residents cannot lawfully carry concealed.

Notable Hawaii restrictions

  • Does not honor any out-of-state CCW permits
