What Hawaii permit holders should know
Hawaii does not recognize any out-of-state concealed carry permits. Following Bruen, Hawaii became shall-issue for residents but maintains zero reciprocity. Non-residents cannot lawfully carry concealed.
Notable Hawaii restrictions

- Extensive sensitive places restrictions (Act 52 of 2023): beaches, parks, banks, hospitals, restaurants serving alcohol
