Product tour

See Armanac in action.

Tour the tools for documenting firearms, checking carry coverage, tracking range days and ammunition, keeping NFA paperwork together, and generating reports when details matter.

Current product screens shown with sample data.

01 / Ownership

Know what you own.

Dashboard

See what needs your attention.

See collection size, rounds fired, recent training, and activity in one place. Find what changed and where to go next without turning organization into another project.

Every plan

Armanac dashboard: 16 firearms, 100 sessions, 21,218 rounds logged, an activity heatmap, and most-used firearms

Inventory

Give every firearm a complete history.

Keep identification, value, optics, maintenance, round count, and disposition connected to the right firearm. Serial numbers and notes are optional and encrypted before storage.

Recon: 2 firearms · Operator and Arsenal: unlimited

02 / Carry & training

On the road and at the range.

Carry

Know where your permit works.

Start with carry rules for all 50 states and DC. Add your permits to see personalized coverage, review each state along a route, and catch duty-to-inform or magazine restrictions before departure.

Every state entry reviewed since May 17, 2026. The map is for planning, not legal advice.

Training

See how your range days add up.

Log the firearms used, rounds fired, drills, conditions, and ratings while the details are fresh. Over time, see how often you train and what you are actually practicing.

Armanac training log: session cards with location, date, rounds, weather, and ratings

Ammo

Know what is on hand and where it went.

Track quantities, loads, purpose, cost per round, and refill thresholds. When a range session uses a linked stash, Armanac deducts those rounds automatically.

Operator and Arsenal

Armanac ammo stash: cards by caliber with round counts, low-stock alerts, cost per round, and purpose tags

03 / NFA & reports

Keep the paperwork ready.

NFA

Keep every regulated item with its paper trail.

Record the item type, ATF form, approval date, serial number, and trust, then attach the tax stamp and supporting documents to the item they belong to.

Arsenal

Armanac NFA record for a short-barreled rifle: ATF form, approval date, serial, trust, and a tax stamps section

Reports

When you need a report, the details are already there.

If a firearm is lost or stolen, Armanac uses the identification, serial number, value, and incident notes you already saved to generate a report formatted for law enforcement. On Arsenal, reports can include stored photos; the plan also adds insurance claim packets and estate distribution PDFs.

Your data leaves with you.

Every plan includes CSV export and a passphrase-encrypted .armanac backup. The format is documented, and the standalone decrypt utility works without an Armanac account.
