Know what is on hand and where it went.

Track quantities, loads, purpose, cost per round, and refill thresholds. When a range session uses a linked stash, Armanac deducts those rounds automatically.

NFA

Keep every regulated item with its paper trail.

Record the item type, ATF form, approval date, serial number, and trust, then attach the tax stamp and supporting documents to the item they belong to.

Reports

When you need a report, the details are already there.

If a firearm is lost or stolen, Armanac uses the identification, serial number, value, and incident notes you already saved to generate a report formatted for law enforcement.

Direct CSV downloads cover firearms, maintenance, and training. Every plan also includes a passphrase-encrypted .armanac backup of the full account. Its documented format and standalone decrypt utility work without an Armanac account.
